POWERPLATFORM TRAINING is a whole-body, non-impact, weight-bearing exercise performed in the upright position. The standing position is the way nature designed us to motor around on the planet. We rely on a sense of balance and other sophisticated systems to move and resist gravity. The simple act of standing on one leg and remaining motionless gives the appearance that nothing is being done.
